"When I first came to Evan, I was struggling with a deep feeling of not being enough. It affected different parts of my life, though I hadn’t realised just how much until we started working together.
During our session, we uncovered a long-held belief that I couldn’t simply be myself — that I had to be perfect to be accepted or valued. Recognising that belief for what it was brought a real sense of clarity and relief. It helped me understand why I’d felt such constant pressure and gave me a way to finally let go of it.
Since then, I’ve felt noticeably lighter and more at peace. I’m kinder to myself, more present, and less caught up in trying to meet impossible standards. I'm more comfortable being who I am.
What stands out to me most is how much shifted after such a short process. It was a simple but powerful realisation that I don’t need to be perfect — I just need to be me. That change has brought a quiet confidence and calm that I’m now learning to cultivate by applying what I discovered during this process."
