"Hello, my name is Tania and I live on the East Coast of Scotland. I am also an RTT therapist and coach and I have had the delightful pleasure of working with Evan over the past three weeks where we had one RTT session and we tackled the final remaining bit of the puzzle for me, tackling my childhood trauma and the feeling of sadness that was residing within my body, in order to free me from unhealthy patterns of behaviour which were binge eating.

As a result of our work we have actually had follow-up sessions and I truly feel that Evan has supported me every step of the way. He has helped me formulate the coping strategies that are enabling me to implement the healthy patterns of behaviour that I wanted to have in my life.
