What does Hypnosis actually feel like?
Hypnosis is a natural state of focused attention that we all experience in everyday life.
It is not a technique in itself, but a natural capacity of the mind—similar to the moments when you are driving on autopilot, absorbed in a film, or deeply focused and unaware of time passing.

How many sessions will I need?
With most of my clients, we work within 1–3 focused hypno-therapeutic sessions. However, the exact number depends on the nature and complexity of each case and can vary from person to person.
