How it works
Not years of talk therapy.
Trauma and emotional patterns aren’t stored in conscious understanding. They’re stored in experience, held in the subconscious, and expressed through the nervous system. That’s why you can understand something completely in your mind and still feel the same way inside. The nervous system acts as a wall between conscious thought and subconscious storage. In a deeply relaxed state, that wall softens. The mind becomes more open, more honest, and suddenly accessible in a way it simply isn’t during ordinary conversation or conscious reflection. That’s when real change becomes possible, not because something was explained, but because something was finally reached.
My approach is rooted in RTT® and Clinical Hypnotherapy, drawing from a range of evidence-based modalities, all in service of one outcome: change at the root.
Each cycle is one session plus three weeks of active change. Most of my clients complete between 1 to 3 cycles in total.
0. THE CONVERSATION
Before the first session
A free 30-minute consultation call. Get the clarity you need before you decide anything. You tell me what’s been happening, what you’ve already tried, what you’re hoping to shift. I tell you honestly whether this work is right for you, where we’d start, and roughly how many cycles you need.
1. THE SESSION
Deep, focused work
One session. One issue. Around 3 to 4 hours, addressed at the emotional source. The time adapts to what you need, this isn’t a clock-watching exercise. This is your transformation.
2. THE INTEGRATION
Three weeks
A session is followed by two 30-minute support calls, WhatsApp availability, and a transformational audio recording to listen to once daily for three weeks. It works as continuous therapy between our sessions, consolidating the changes at the subconscious level. The integration isn’t an add-on. It’s where the shift becomes permanent.
3. THE RESULTS
Assess and continue
We see where you are and continue with the next cycle. Each one builds on the last, going deeper, releasing more, until the version of you that was running the old patterns simply isn’t there anymore. Most of my clients complete between 1 and 3 cycles. Not years. Cycles.

Why I do this work
I grew up on a Greek island where I never quite fit. I was spiritual, I was gay, and neither had much room there. From a young age I learned to trust an inner knowing the world around me had no language for.
That knowing eventually moved me to Spain — a country I’d never visited, whose language I didn’t speak, where I knew nobody — based entirely on a feeling. It taught me something that became the foundation of everything I do: identity is not fixed.
The proof came later. I developed a severe back problem — one that didn’t have an explanation or a permanent fix. Had surgery. I was well, until it came back. Instead of a second surgery I worked with my own subconscious — woke up the next morning completely free of pain that had lasted months.
I do this work because I know, from the inside, what that shift feels like. And I know it’s available to anyone willing to go there.

Do I lose control under hypnosis?
Not at all. What we do together is like a deeply guided conversation with your own mind. You’re fully aware and in control. You’re the one doing the work — and I’m there to guide you through it.
Think of it like being guided inward — with full awareness of everything that’s happening.
We work with your mind together, not on it. You’re an active participant in every moment of the process — whether we’re in the same room or on opposite sides of the world.
How does it actually work?
The relaxed state we work in isn’t unconsciousness. It’s a natural shift where your nervous system softens, the wall between your conscious and subconscious mind becomes more permeable, and your mind becomes more open and honest with itself. This is what makes the work possible: not suggestion or persuasion, but access. Access to the part of you that holds the pattern, and the resources to change it.
What is therapy like online?
Online sessions are very similar to working together in person. The therapeutic process happens within your own mind, rather than in a physical location. We meet via a secure video call, and you’ll be guided through the session just as you would be in the therapy room.
You can stay in the comfort and privacy of your own space, which many clients find helps them feel relaxed and at ease. You don’t need any special equipment or previous experience.

What qualifications do you have?
I’m trained as an RTT® Therapist at the Marisa Peer School — where Marisa Peer, pioneer of modern hypnotherapy, created Rapid Transformational Therapy® — and as a Clinical Hypnotherapist. I’m registered with the General Hypnotherapy Register (UK) and the International Association of Counselors and Therapists (USA).
My work is also informed by a range of psychotherapy techniques, including EMDR, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS), and I’m a certified Vagus Nerve Practitioner and Reiki Master-Teacher, integrating energy-based practices into my work where appropriate.
As an expert in subconscious reprogramming and identity-level work, I help clients transform limiting beliefs, emotional patterns, and internal blocks.

How long does it take to see results?
Change tends to unfold in three ways:
– Instant — you feel a shift right away;
– Cumulative — the benefits deepen and strengthen over time; and
– Retroactive — you suddenly realise you’ve already changed, without noticing exactly when it happened.
And because we work at the root rather than the surface, the transformation doesn’t stop when the program ends. Healing one core pattern tends to quietly reshape others — creating change that continues long after our work together is complete.
What makes subconscious work different?
Most therapeutic approaches work at the conscious level, building awareness, developing coping strategies, reframing thoughts. That work has value. But when the pattern is held at the subconscious level, conscious understanding alone rarely shifts it. We word at the level where the pattern was originally formed, which is why change can happen in cycles rather than years.
What is the investment?
The consultation call is completely free. There’s no obligation, and you’ll leave with clarity on whether this is the right fit, and if so, where to start.
A session is a three-week cycle and it includes:
- One deep session of around 3-4 hours (time adapts to you).
- A personalised audio recording to listen to daily for three weeks. It works as continuous therapy, consolidating the changes at the subconscious level while your nervous system settles into the shift.
- Two 30min follow-up calls throughout the integration period and WhatsApp availability.
Most clients complete 1 to 3 cycles in total, which means the full investment is significantly less than years of weekly therapy.
