Aly's Video Testimonial

"Hi, my name is Aly and I am a primary PE teacher from Brisbane in Australia. I'm currently looking to change out of my teaching career into something new. But, for a long time I've been suffering with fear of taking action with this, or studying many things and just giving up, and not seeing it through to the end, and just feeling stuck in my world in a pattern of behaviours, and feeling frustrated with myself all of the time, constantly worrying about failure, and things never work out for me. 

So I was very fortunate enough to work with Evangelo over the last few weeks, where we had two main hypnotherapy sessions together, with some catch-up ones in between that, and I really enjoyed the time together working with Evangelo over those weeks. 

I always felt very comfortable with him, especially from the beginning in our first initial consultation. Our first call was very clear. He made very clear the process he'd be taking me through over the coming weeks of us working together, and during our time together we were able to dive deep into some of the root causes of what was holding me back, and being able to move past these. 

I was able to understand why I was behaving the way that I was, and stuck in this cycle of starting something and then giving up. The daily audio is that Evangelo created for me to listen to really helped with my mindset in creating new ways of thinking. And I'm slowly working through some of these fears and creating some new great habits for myself to keep me moving forward towards my goals. 

I'm feeling more positive every day and I feel like a huge weight has been lifted off my shoulders since releasing many of these limiting beliefs, and I'm taking action in areas of my life that I knew I should have been but just wasn't. 

So there's definitely been a real shift in my way of thinking. So I'd really highly recommend working with Evangelo as a therapist. He was kind and compassionate. He has a genuine interest in helping people and ensuring that they feel comfortable and safe in each of the sessions. So I really want to thank him for our time together. I really do appreciate everything that he's done for me."
